Dan’s core competencies are extensive. Daniel holds a Bachelors and Master of Science degrees in Agriculture from the University of Manitoba. Over the past 12 years, Daniel has held several managerial posts in sales and marketing within Western Canada’s agricultural business sector. In the previous two years Dan has run a successful business consulting firm where he specializes in building strategic marketing plans for Winnipeg based SME.

Dan is a co-founder and executive member of Team Astrosyn – an association of small business owners who are “seeking a higher level of entrepreneurial consciousness”.

Dan is a board member and active participant of the Manitoba Marketing Network as well as President of the Samuel Burland Parent’s Association.

Recently, Dan has become a recognized coach by both Hockey Canada (for minor hockey) and the National Coaching certification program (for softball).

Dan is married and has a daughter and two sons.
