Don Uras developed his knowledge of how to work with financial institutions by working for the Royal Bank for 6 years earlier in his career.

Sales and marketing skills were honed when Don worked with Vicery Manufacturing. Don specialized in how to make a customer from a prospect and the concept of brand recognition.

Don’s entrepreneurial experience was accumulated during the 25+ years of starting, owning, managing and expanding Uras & Bonnah Agencies. Having employees across western Canada, Don became an expert in developing brand recognition and production distribution to all retail channels.

Don’s extensive background in management and his concern for his community led him to sit on the board of directors of the St. Vital YMCA. Don later became President of this board. Next Winnipeg South “Pop Warner” football asked Don to become a director of their league. These commitments gave Don substantial abilities to work with volunteers and to prepare fund raising campaigns.

Don brings these often needed and well rounded skills to help his clients in the MMN.
