Member - Len Andrusiak

Manager, Business Development - 365 Technologies Inc.

Len has over twenty years of management experience which include being a managing partner with Seerx Technologies Inc and holding management positions with the Federal Department of Fisheries & Oceans Canada. Len is now the Manager of Business Development for 365 Technologies Inc.

In 1989 Len received a Diploma in Fisheries & Wildlife Management form Sir Sanford Fleming College in Lindsay, ON. Upon graduation Len was employed with Fisheries & Oceans Canada for eleven years. Len traveled extensively throughout Western Canada and the Arctic while holding various technical and management positions. Len joined the IT department of Fisheries & Oceans Canada in 1996 where he held positions as LAN Manager, Chief of Technology Services, Regional Director of Information Management/ Information Technology and Special Projects. Len left the Public Service in January 2000 to begin operations with Seerx Technologies Inc.

Len is a Board member of Netmosphere Management Group Inc, Manitoba Marketing Network and the Manager of Business Development for 365 Technologies Inc overseeing general operations, sales & marketing. Len is married and has a son.

Len was a client of the Manitoba Marketing Network (MMN) in 1992 while working on an invention called “Easy Slider Pucks”. Len was again a client of the MMN in 1999 while starting Seerx Technologies Inc. Len became a board member of the MMN in 2004. Len is also an active board member for the Better Business Bureau.
